A single investor has retained Paul McInnis, Inc. to sell their Lakes Region portfolio of income properties at auction.  Two properties will sell ABSOLUTE on auction day. NO MINIMUMS, NO RESERVES.  The other 3 properties will be sold “Subject to Confirmation.”  It is the investor's intent to sell the entire portfolio on Auction Day.  Auction to be held at the Margate Resort in the Granite Room, 76 Lake Street, Laconia, New Hampshire.

Open Houses: Tuesday, August 5th and Tuesday, August 12th from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.  Please do not inquire within properties prior to scheduled Open Houses.


Terms: $5,000 deposit in cash, certified check per property required to bid. Successful bidders’ Deposits to be increased to 10% of the Purchase Price on Auction Day.  10% Buyer’s Premium.  Balance due at closing within 30 days. Properties to be offered individually, in combination, and in the entirety. Auction subject to all Terms of Sale.
