Pizza Equipment: (2) medium chest freezers; (1) small chest freezer; (2) Auto Fry fryolators; (1) Norlake walk-in cooler; (1) pizza oven; (1) True two-door refrigerator; (5) prep tables; (1) s.s. three-bay sink; (1) meat slicer; (2) small refrigerators; (4) booths w/tables; (1) Coca Cola refrigerator (if not claimed by Coca Cola Company or subsidiary); (1) large Globe pizza dough mixer; (1) small s.s. prep table w/refrigeration; (1) large s.s. prep table w/refrigeration.
Inspection: Thursday, February 4th from 8:30 a.m.
Terms: Bids shall be made by Sealed Bid at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 4th. A $500 deposit in cash, certified or bank check is due with submission of bid. 15% Buyer’s Premium added to the successful bid price. Successful bidder must pay remaining bid price by cash, certified or bank check within 1 day and remove the assets within 1 day (payment must be made in full before business assets are removed). Subject to all Terms of Sale per Order of the US Bankruptcy Court.
