TERMS:  A Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to the successful bid to become the total purchase price. All payments are to be in U.S. currency.  All buyers agree to pay for their purchases on auction day, unless other arrangements have been made, by cashier’s check, certified check, or irrevocable Letter of Guarantee in favor of Paul McInnis, Inc., (on our form only) or a wire transfer.  Purchasers who wish to pay by personal check must be cleared by Paul McInnis, Inc. at least 2 business days prior to the auction.
