Terms:  13% Buyer’s Premium.  Payment accepted by MasterCard, Visa, cash or check with Letter of Guarantee (see Auction Documents below for sample form letter).  All items sold “As Is”.  All items being sold subject to error, omission or withdrawal.  Immediate removal day of sale is required.  
Directions:  From Route 3 North (Everett Turnpike) in Nashua, take Exit 5W to Route 111 West towards Hollis.  Travel for 4 miles and turn right onto Depot Road.  Travel 6/10ths mile to auction site on right - #244 Depot Road.
