We have been commissioned by the heirs of the Estate of Reverend George Ham to sell his real estate and personal property at public auction.

Real Estate TERMS: A $10,000. deposit by cashier’s check or bank check at time and place of sale is required to bid (unsuccessful bidders’ deposits to be returned at the conclusion of the auction). A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to become the total purchase price. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing within 45 days.
