We have been commissioned by the heirs of the Estate of Reverend George Ham to sell his real estate and personal property at public auction.

Real Estate TERMS:   A $10,000. deposit by cashier’s check or bank check at time and place of sale is required to bid (unsuccessful bidders’ deposits to be returned at the conclusion of the auction).  A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to become the total purchase price.  The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing within 45 days. Real Estate OPEN HOUSES: Saturday, May 17th from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 22nd from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from 3:30 p.m. the day of the auction.  Please note that none of the personal property will be available for viewing until the day of the auction.
