TERMS:  15% Buyer’s Premium.  Payment in full day of auction by cash, check with prior approval, MasterCard or Visa. 

DIRECTIONS:  From 1-95 N/S take exit 5 to the Portsmouth traffic circle, bear right onto the Route 1 By-Pass South; take a left at the third set of lights onto Greenleaf Avenue.  At the top of the hill, take a sharp right, then the first left onto Andrew Jarvis Drive.  The hall is behind St. Nicholas Church, just before the Portsmouth High School.
