Bidders Seminar:  Wednesday, July 23rd at 6:00 p.m. on site under the tent.  Come for hot dogs & soda and meet the developer to discuss your choice of lots.  Learn about buying at auction.

Terms:  $5,000 deposit per lot required to bid.  Balance of purchase price due at closing within 30 days.  (Unsuccessful bidders deposit will be returned at the conclusion of the auction.)   10% Buyer’s Premium.  Property sold with clear and marketable title.  Title Insurance is available.  Complete terms listed in the Property Information Package.


Directions:  From US Route 1 travel north of the Outlet Centers approximately ½ mile to a right onto Lewis Road.  Lewis Farm will be ½ mile on the left.
